The staff was very attentive when we had questions. The room was well-appointed with stylish bathroom and multi-channel TV and a writing desk.

The room was beautiful and clean with a nice bathroom, and I had a wonderful stay, plus it was great to have shower amenities, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

It has amazing location in Arequipa really close to the central square, which is great for breaks during the day, the centre of Arequipa and the Cathedral and the main square. The breakfast is FREE, the staff are extremely friendly and proactive. There's nothing too much trouble, I will be back.
